MJ & SC Collins currently offer 20 high grade offices available to rent. These offices are primarily based at Feltimores Park and Holts Court, both situated close to the east of Harlow. Transport connections to Harlow, London Stansted, the M11 corridor and London itself are quick and simple, whilst both locations are situated in green open countryside. Each development is a former Victorian courtyard group of ex farm buildings that has be sensitively refurbished to retain as much historic character as possible, whilst introducing 21 st century facilities.

MJ & SC Collins operate three solar PV generating systems on the roof spaces of our agricultural and commercial buildings. In addition to providing environmentally friendly electricity to the agricultural business; this electricity is supplied to our tenants and to the National Grid. This means that any business that moves to a MJ & SC Collins location can be reassured that their electricity has been generated and supplied in a way to ensure that their business is carbon neutral. Both Feltimores Park and Holts Court are thermally efficient and have integrated air conditioning and heating systems that rely on environmentally friendly heat pump technology to capture heat or cold from the outside air as required. No fossil fuels are burned at either location.

Broadband options include both conventionally available fibre broadband and dedicated microwave based broadband systems offered through a third party company. The choice is yours, with multiple speed and data packages available. Discrete skirting trunking throughout the office areas allows for efficient and tidy access to electrical phone and data facilities. Parking is both free and plentiful.
