MJ & SC Collins have converted former agricultural buildings into more than 50 commercial units of differing sizes and specifications to suit the modern commercial tenant as let properties. The main locations are Kingstons Farm, near Matching Green, and Roffey Hall Farm, Threshers Bush. Both locations are well situated just to the east of Harlow with good road access and proximity to the M11 motorway at Harlow, with good onward connections to London to the south and Stansted airport to the north. Units are available as storage warehouses, workshops, and for light to medium industrial manufacturing. Unit sizes range from 500 sq ft to over 8,000 sq ft, with multiple unit occupation possible due to many inter-connecting doors. Additionally, all units have some office space, kitchenette facilities, WC arrangements, single and three phase power, telephone and broadband connections.
Many companies today care about both the environment, and value being able to demonstrate to their clients that they are environmentally responsible. MJ & SC operate three solar PV generating systems on the roof spaces of our agricultural and commercial buildings. In addition to providing environmentally friendly electricity to the agricultural business; this electricity is supplied to our tenants and to the National Grid. This means that any business that moves to a MJ & SC Collins location can be reassured that their electricity has been generated and supplied in a way to ensure that their business is carbon neutral.

Previously, tenants have even fitted chandeliers to the
White House in the USA and provided all of the enormous steel heating and cooling
pipework for The Shard building in London!
